Demolition Started June 22 — Kamilia Is Officially Underway

The site at 20675 Eastleigh Crescent is being cleared. Demolition started on June 22, 2026 — and Kamilia has moved from plans on paper to boots on the ground. This is the milestone that makes it real: 171 homes in Downtown Langley are on their way.

Construction timeline

With demolition now underway, Kamilia is moving through its construction milestones on schedule:

  • June 22, 2026: Demolition started — site clearing at 20675 Eastleigh Crescent.
  • 2027: Construction underway — two six-storey buildings rising in Downtown Langley.
  • Q4 2027: Estimated occupancy for Kamilia's 171 homes.
  • End of 2028: Outside completion date.
